Everyone was helpful

"I had to do a deep dive into three different programs for my borrowers to help them meet their goals. Bridge Loan they would not qualify, cash buys they did not have the 3% to deposit due to the fact all of their equity was in their departing residence. The borrowers made two offers on the same property but they were both rejected. We submitted a Homelight loan application and at first it was rejected due to acreage. I had an opportunity to chat with Richie and explain that there were two parcels and we could take one parcel and not both. HomeLight agreed to do it and the borrowers made an offer contingent on financing and we closed last Friday.
